Hi there, I’ve actually never been a Vegan. I did do a raw food cleanse though, which lasted 3 weeks. I was a vegetarian for a long time though. My boyfriend was a Vegan for a many years so I’ll give you some advice which I learned through him. Even if you think you are getting enough protein, you probably aren’t. Make sure you have protein powder every day and also take vitamin B12. Before you go Vegan make sure you have lists of every vitamin you will need, what you plan to cook, and where you’re going to shop. It’s very important to eat a variety of foods (vegan or not) After you’ve become Vegan keep a chart of what gives you the most energy and what you’re noticing your body needs more of. Good luck!
